Reach the hidden cave
- Check that Our Rotten Roots is complete and the required day has passed. At the tower, ask about her idea and agree to investigate.
- Follow the wisps through the swamp, investigate their stopping points and clear the enemies. At the rockslide, inspect the rock wrapped in red roots to enter the crypt.
- Continue through the crypt and the sarcophagus encounter. Inspect the final wall so Lacra opens the hidden area, then approach her in the next chamber.

Eating the mandrake unlocks Mandrake Ward. For the relationship route, use this order:
- Follow Lacra when the action appears.
