After Hive and Seek, allow a full game day, then meet Lacra at Westridge Outpost Tower at night. Complete the three main memories in Anachora and finish the return conversation.
Enter and find the first memory
- Check the waiting and nighttime objectives before speaking to Lacra. Confirming readiness commits the quest’s time cost; prepare before that conversation.
- Pass the stone gate and cross the walls. After the first phantoms, climb the floating stones in the middle; the lower detour is optional.
- Defeat the platform enemies, cross the building and tunnel, then climb toward the storm. Walk into its center to register the memory.
First memory: hear the background before moving on
Brencis's transformation — story spoilers
ATH's memory account describes Brencis as a Roman commander who accepts transformation after Isbrand defeats him. This is the reported scene, not proof of every later motive attributed to him. To hear the optional background, ask Lacra about the transformation and his age before choosing Where to next? Then check for the second-memory objective. The article does not establish that viewing this scene guarantees a level-up.
Second memory and optional branch
- Descend the wall, cross toward the blue lanterns and continue to the mansion courtyard. Clear the enemies, cross to the next building and defeat the vidmo before entering its storm.
- At the fork, right continues the main route. Left reveals an optional memory without Lacra; it is not the missing third main memory. Save before platforming so a fall does not erase a long section.
Last memory and completion
- In the town, pass the white-flame doorway and enter the building immediately right, where Lacra stands by a torch. Take the interior door down through the lower ruins.
- In the storm chamber, descend the edge platforms to the bottom-center platform and enter. Defeat Isbrand’s echo, then finish the tower conversation and check Piercing Shriek in your abilities.
Isbrand’s final choice — spoilers
The sources describe accepting Isbrand as adding occasional internal dialogue. They do not make that acceptance a prerequisite for Piercing Shriek. Choose after the battle rather than restarting because you took the optional memory route.
