These are alternatives, not three steps of one route. The East of Maragir circle is a reported, unconfirmed source: other accounts list Mercurial Favor there. Check the circle comparison before traveling specifically for Soul Reaping. Do not infer random drops from conflicting reports.

Clear Mass Grave

  1. Arrive during daylight. Use Focus Mode around the skeletons and broken cart; collect and read Exorcist’s Account.
  2. Target the highlighted ritual body and use Astral Communion. PowerPyx confirms this is a daytime action unlocked through the prologue.
  3. Defeat the summoned spirits, then open the reward chest and check for Soul Reaping Manual. ATH recommends prioritizing the red wraith because of its health drain; do not leave merely because combat stopped.

If there is no ritual prompt, check daylight and whether you targeted the ritual body rather than the note-bearing remains.
