Meet and climb
- Finish A Friend Like This, then meet Lacra at the marked nighttime rendezvous. The hunt conversation can be accepted or declined for this quest’s route.
- Climb east from the meeting area. Use Focus Mode to find windchimes and follow the marked walls with your traversal abilities.
- Clear the wolves, the Pack Leader after Lacra opens the blocked route, and the later bear encounter. Resume following the chimes after each fight instead of treating an enemy arena as the destination.
The mountain path ends at rubble
Follow the windchimes to the blocked path and let the companion scene finish. ATH's route reports Lacra opening this barrier; it does not describe a manual or player spell needed to destroy it. If nothing happens, check that your objective still asks you to climb with Lacra and that she has reached you. This check is not a verified fix for every stalled scene. Once the route opens, prepare for the next wolf encounter before pushing farther uphill.
Keep the village peaceful
- At the confrontation, comply with the demand to lower weapons, calm Lacra and say that nobody needs to die. Ask to end the hostility, ask what the guards mean and what proof they need.
- When the test begins, choose the inactive response twice and acknowledge that it is a test. Do not retaliate when stones are thrown.
- Follow the Elder through the village and finish the conversation at the far end. Confirm the next quest, Hive and Seek, rather than leaving as soon as combat is avoided.
Timing and branch checks
The walkthroughs report no observed timer failure, but a PowerPyx reader reports Lacra advancing alone after a delay. The exact delay condition is unconfirmed; meet her promptly if preserving the village matters. Do not use this route’s hunting choice as a guarantee about every romance condition.
