Block ordinary melee attacks, evade the unblockable moves and continue after the first health bar. Brencis’s Anachora phase adds a scream, a long tentacle sweep and scripted grabs. This covers the final encounter; the prologue is a different progression context.
Read the attack before committing
- Check the route before the final dialogue. The bargain can avoid this fight; attacking commits to a confrontation.
- Defend against ordinary sword and claw strikes using the combat indicators. Dodge when the attack is marked unblockable, especially after he creates distance. An ordinary block is not proof that a following spell is blockable.
- If summoned enemies surround you, clear space before focusing on Brencis again. ATH recommends Charge, but its displayed damage and cooldown do not establish universal requirements for your build.

Adjust in Anachora
- After the first bar empties, prepare for another fight. Dodge sideways around the scream and evade the long tentacle sweep instead of trying to block them.
- PowerPyx describes unavoidable grabs at health checkpoints. Continue after the scripted sequence; do not assume each such grab means a failed dodge. Exact threshold percentages are not established here.
- Earlier drained Boyars can appear as phantoms, then become attacks Brencis uses after absorbing them. Watch for the incoming flock and melee apparitions instead of assuming phase two removes every secondary threat.
Keep route and combat stage separate
Lacra can help initially while Coen fights alone in Anachora. That solo stage does not itself change The Patricide into The Folk Hero. Finish the second bar and closing dialogue, then check the result against your chosen ending route.
ATH claims a full-health transition, but the reference image has no health bar and the compared walkthroughs do not confirm it. Check your actual health on arrival. Healing amounts, a mandatory Charge rank and a guaranteed damage rotation remain unconfirmed.
