Find both notes
- Approach the guards to trigger the activity east of Vedera Spring.
- Clear the camp and use Focus Mode to find Orders from Armaya among the tents.
- Squeeze through the hillside gap, defeat the Barrow Lord inside and collect Unsent Note.
Verify the pickup
Use the pictured item name to check what you are collecting. After the interaction, reopen the journal: a remaining research objective means you should check which note is missing. Looting an unrelated container does not prove the requested document was collected.

Gamer Guides lists three segments for the activity; the screenshot shows a local pickup prompt. Check the current confirmation before proceeding rather than substituting one number for the other. Its journal also records leaving for Brencis without finishing, so check completion before that commitment. Exact reward equipment remains unconfirmed here.
