Reach the final room
- Track the research-note objective at the Tantari Woods cave.
- Follow the corridors, defeat the possessed enemies and continue through the wooden door toward the final chamber.
- Defeat the Frenzied Soul, then return your attention to the table rather than leaving immediately.
Separate the note from the chest
Take the log and check the activity status. Search the nearby chest separately. ATH's dedicated guide assigns Mindbrace Amulet to completion, while its roundup assigns it to that chest; the exact reward source remains unresolved. Check both interactions and the inventory rather than assuming either action guarantees the amulet.
