Finish The Price of Magic during the day: collect the ritual clues, investigate the corpse, then use Astral Communion on the central pillar and defeat the summoned spectres. The reward is Mysterious Bracelet, an epic light-bracer item.
Find the circle and missing clues
- Go southwest from The Swamp Menhirs Shrine in The Silts. Approach the unmarked stone circle and check for the investigation objective.
- Use Focus around the central pillar. Check beside the body for the pendant, behind the pillar for the torn page and discarded torch, to its right for De Vocatione et Ligatione, and directly in front for the bracelet.
- Check the book and page separately. Finding one can leave an objective to find the other. Revisit the matching side of the pillar rather than searching the entire swamp.
Investigate the body and perform the ritual
- Use Compel Soul on the body in front of the pillar. Examine the available memories and catalysts. ATH identifies Discarded Torch, Bookmark and Gift Box as memory options; these are distinct from the completed equipment reward.
- Move to the pillar for Astral Communion. The corpse interaction and ritual interaction are different targets. Prepare for combat before starting.
- Defeat the spectres and check the journal and inventory. The spell animation alone does not end the quest. Sources report three time segments and 100 XP alongside the bracelet.
Missing prompt or unfinished objective
Return in daylight if the required Witchcraft interactions are unavailable. For a missing-page objective, inspect behind the pillar; for the missing book, inspect its right side. If combat is still active, check for remaining enemies before looking for a second ritual.
The reference picture shows the wizard's memory, not the circle's layout. Fixed level, armour values, enemy count and guaranteed moonrise timing are not used as completion checks. Compare your own bracelet's properties before changing equipment.
