Enter the Curious House attic at night, move the bookshelf, inspect the central table and read its left-hand note. Taking the Burning Blood Manual is not a sufficient completion check for Working Her Magic.
Enter and investigate
- Find the Curious House west of the Cathedral Complex in Svartrau. Climb the exterior scaffolding at night, use Clawride to reach the balcony and follow the door-opening prompt.
- Use Focus in the attic. Move the highlighted bookshelf to reveal the hidden room.
- Inspect the worktable and its central paper. Collect the Burning Blood Manual.
- Read the note on the table's left side. Check the journal for completion before leaving.
If the objective remains
Recheck the table and note rather than continuing to loot containers. PowerPyx reports 100 XP and one time segment; a level-up is not guaranteed.
The picture shows highlighted furniture indoors, not the balcony door. Its tracked excavation is another quest. For using the manual, continue to skill unlocking.
