Follow the active errands in Things Will Be Different Now, collect the required items and continue to Anca and the cave. This page contains ending spoilers. Use your journal: surviving family members can change which errands are available.

Gather the village items

  1. Speak to Gavril and complete the fence repair for peat.
  2. Speak to Rainer, inspect his cart and clear its axle to obtain the blanket. Conversation alone is not the repair.
  3. Search the marked snares for the rabbit. ATH reports finding it in the third trap; inspect the active locations rather than assuming your first trap must contain it.
  4. If the Pieter repair objective appears, follow it. Do not search indefinitely for an unavailable family errand.

Gamer Guides confirms the errands and the later herbalist and cave stages. Check the remaining objective before leaving Laslea rather than treating one collected item as completion.

Visit Anca and reach the cave

  1. Take the peat to Anca’s hut and complete the conversation for the Special Concoction.
  2. Follow the cave objective with the blanket and rabbit. ATH uses midnight and vampiric climbing; a strict midnight-only trigger remains unconfirmed here. Check the current time requirement and traversal prompt before skipping extra time.
  3. Complete the item interactions and the subsequent Neberu conversation. Follow the offered letter interaction to the ending sequence.

Separate Lunka’s condition from a cure

The reported cave scene shows Lunka transformed. Neberu offers a connection to the Augurs, and the journal records Coen’s intention to seek help. An offer of help is not an on-screen cure. The collected keepsakes should not be presented as a recipe that restores her humanity.

ATH generalizes this fate to every ending, but this guide does not establish every early-ending or failure variation. Keep the conclusion tied to the cave sequence actually described. To compare earlier decisions, use ending routes and a save before the relevant finale, not only an errands save.
