After each completed Sanzhani task, revisit the Tsarina for its letter opportunity and open the reply when it arrives. Do not wait until all five tasks are finished before checking available conversations. Receiving a letter and reading it are separate steps.

Track the five tasks

  1. Start with Good Home, then return to the Tsarina at Yawning Burrow.
  2. Complete Come Hither, Burrow Sorrows, Pearly and Precious and Tiny Dancer. These four become available after Good Home; the list is not a mandatory order.
  3. Revisit the Tsarina after the individual completions and use the available letter conversations. Track five different subjects rather than repeatedly choosing an already used topic.

A missing completion is not a headcount problem

| Task | Check before returning to the Tsarina | | --- | --- | | Good Home | Finish your chosen reunion branch; the teeth payment is conditional | | Burrow Sorrows | Complete the cave request and the conversation outside | | Come Hither | Report after the burrow fight | | Pearly and Precious | Return to the requesting Sanzhani after the bandits | | Tiny Dancer | Use the room’s key to open the cage |

ATH’s roundup makes three Shiny Teeth universal and describes counting extra fairies in the burrow. Use the linked task outcomes and available letter dialogue instead: those claims do not establish your save’s progress. Its promise that three camps supply enough teeth is not a verified drop guarantee.

Receive and read the answers

  1. Allow a full in-game day for delivery according to PowerPyx, then check the inventory and open each reply. Do not assume any dawn transition necessarily equals a full day since posting.
  2. Use other objectives while delivery is pending. Avoid blindly skipping several days in a time-limited campaign.

Diagnose the current letter stage

| Journal state | Next action | | --- | --- | | Send a letter | Return to the Tsarina and finish the letter conversation. | | Wait for an answer | Check elapsed game time since posting, not real-world minutes. | | Read the reply | Open the relevant note under inventory Quest Items. |

The subjects cover reassurance, Pieter, castle defences, Brencis and a gift. Match the reply to the current topic instead of reopening an older note. If deliberately advancing time, use a shrine’s Wait option and review the cost; Fast Travel is a different action.

One returned day is not proof that all waiting is reimbursed. Complete useful objectives during delivery where possible, and check the deadline before a manual time skip.

Second letter: return to the correct messenger

ATH's second-letter guide starts by reading Answer from Lunka: Rescue in Quest Items. Track the letter objective back to Yawning Burrow: look for a low rock opening with red mushrooms, then crouch through the passage to the Tsarina. Complete the chosen subject's conversation and check that the journal now requests its answer. Talking to another rescued Sanzhani is not this posting step. The article's single day-night transition differs from PowerPyx's full-day timing above; use the actual read-reply objective rather than assuming the next dawn guarantees delivery.

Final reward and deadline

After all five tasks, ask the Tsarina about the special reward. The recorded reward restores one in-game day; it does not undo a family outcome that already happened. The letter quest can fail at the thirty-day limit, so finish its reading objectives before treating the wider chain as complete.
