Find and start the encounter

  1. Follow the hillside path in Tantari Woods toward the wooden outpost with black-and-gold cup banners.
  2. Attack its entrance guard and check that Teach with Pain appears in the journal.
  3. Defeat the camp’s hostiles. Against groups, move out of the cluster before engaging again rather than trading blows while surrounded.

Check completion

Read the journal outcome: it should record the instructor’s elimination. If it still asks for the campsite to be cleared, check for surviving enemies before leaving. ATH inconsistently identifies the final opponent; a particular named last kill is not verified.
