- Talk to the Blood Guard and challenge him to demonstrate the blood’s strength.
- Defeat the hostiles, then follow the body-search objective before resolving the container below.

After combat, follow the body-search objective and look for Recruitment Instructions. Then resolve the container; the document alone does not complete this activity. Check the nearby chest separately for a document revealing more activities.

Before drinking the reward
Method identifies the phial as a consumable connected to Piercing Shriek and increased Corruption when drunk. Receiving it and consuming it are separate actions: read its inventory description before using it. Exact Corruption gains remain unconfirmed for your version.
