  1. Reach the damaged shrine in The Silts near Oghasti and interact with it so the journal records the investigation stage.
  2. Turn on Focus at the shrine's base and identify the footprints that leave the roadside site.

  1. Follow those prints into the forest and continue past the bodies; they are route markers, not the reported heart container.
  2. Defeat the wolves in the clearing, then sweep the area in Focus and inspect the stone pile.
  3. Confirm the recovered item is named Oghasti Crossroad Shrine's Heart, then return to the shrine instead of continuing to search the clearing.

Use the journal to identify your next action

Gamer Guides records distinct investigation, tracking, area-search and restoration stages. An investigation objective calls for checking the shrine and surrounding clues. A tracking objective means the destination has not yet been resolved; a search objective calls for examining the wolf scene. Finding the heart alone does not prove the shrine is restored. Check the outcome, then use the shrine menu and travel checks.
