Loot the skeleton inside the waterfall cave northwest of Sandy Gorge. This is a separate pickup from the Arbiter armor quest; the sources do not require its forging ritual.
From the shrine to the hidden entrance
- Locate Sandy Gorge shrine and mark the river bridge northwest of it. Parlita lies northwest of the same general destination; approach its southeastern waterfall area if coming from the village.
- Follow the path to the bridge. Descend the rocky ledges beside the waterfall in stages instead of dropping the full height.
- At water level, face the falls and try the right side of the water curtain. Continue through the hidden opening into the cave.
- Activate Focus and inspect the skeleton lying on the floor. Nearby containers and loose silver are separate pickups.
Confirm the correct pickup
Check the accessories inventory for Arbiter’s Medallion, then compare it in the amulet slot. If you collected silverware but no amulet, inspect the skeleton again and confirm the item transferred.
The articles describe stamina benefits, but record different item levels and percentages. Do not interpret their level 9, 18 or 20 examples as a universal equip requirement or proof your item is wrong. Check your own requirements and modifiers, including any negative line, before replacing your current amulet.
