For Dawnwalker Enshrined Obsession, enter the upper floor of the Curious House in Neustadt and examine the desk’s map and book using Focus Mode. Searching ordinary loot does not complete that investigation.

Enter through the balcony

  1. Find the Curious House in the Neustadt district of Svartrau City. If Hidden & Safe already directs you to Breslauer’s house, follow that lead.

  2. Look above the street entrance for the balcony’s open doorway. Gamer Guides confirms this entry as the quest trigger. The ATH route approaches across the roofs; exact daytime ledge-by-ledge movement remains unconfirmed.

  3. Once inside, activate Focus Mode and approach the table in the middle. PowerPyx identifies the map in its centre and the book on its right as the objects to inspect.

Investigate rather than just loot

Examine the desk materials and allow the investigation to resolve. A pile of belongings near the bed is a separate interaction. If the attic-search objective remains, check the desk again rather than searching for another key.

If the desk search still remains, check the quill and inkwell as well as the map and journal. Another ATH account reports that additional inspectable clue. Its ground-level entry description conflicts with the balcony evidence above, so do not abandon that route to search for an unlocked front door. Its claimed exit-triggered completion and Appeal reward remain unverified; use the journal result rather than repeatedly entering and leaving.

Confirm the map information

The completed journal describes copying the former occupant’s shrine research. Gamer Guides and PowerPyx both list one time segment; PowerPyx also lists 100 XP. Use the journal result and new location information as your checks, rather than relying on a particular camera transition.

Continue to the shrine stash

Go to Hidden & Safe for the cave search and returning the hearts. Revealing a destroyed shrine does not restore it or make its travel point usable. These follow-up actions belong to the restoration route.

The database notes that the shrines can also be found independently. This investigation supplies their locations; it is not evidence that every shrine requires this quest first.
