Collect the blood rather than destroy the reliquary if your goal is the phial. Deal with the Yanos encounter first, then check the container separately.

Reach the encounter

  1. Look southeast of Svartrau City, south of St. Tyna’s Grove.
  2. Resolve the Yanos conversation, then clear the guards.
  3. Inspect the tent’s table for the reliquary and choose to collect blood.

Choose before the container

Method reports payment of 250 Denari sends Yanos home; after the guards, his mother gives the Family Ring. Aggression can lead to his death. Intimidation exists, but its required Threat level remains unconfirmed here. This is not proof that every nonlethal route grants the ring.

For the documented ring route, choose payment and check the mother's reward after clearing the guards. For intimidation, first check whether the dialogue option is available; an unsuccessful threat is not a completed stage. If you choose aggression, accept that Yanos may die rather than treating this as the verified ring route. Save before the dialogue if you want to preserve a different outcome. The later container is a separate decision.

Verify the phial and skill

PC Gamer’s item screenshot names Phial of Bakir’s Blood and Shadowstorm, with Come Home marked as ended. This matches Method’s spelling; this guide uses the on-screen Bakir name rather than the Boki spelling in the earlier article. Compare the inventory description before drinking, then check the Vampirism list. Acquiring and consuming the phial are separate steps.

  1. Choose collection to keep the phial, then check Phial of Bakir’s Blood in inventory. Destruction does not follow this pickup route.
  2. When ready to learn Shadowstorm, consume the matching phial and inspect the blood gate and any remaining purchase condition. A bottle still sitting unused in inventory is not a reason to clear the camp again.
  3. Consider your Corruption goal before drinking. Check the Yanos outcome, phial pickup and consumption separately; no single option is guaranteed to give every reward. Compare the Vrakhir blood unlock guide.
